The Department of Property and Procurement actively engages with existing and potential vendors and partners seeking to do business with the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands (GVI). All vendors or partners of the Government are encouraged to become a registered vendor though not required to participate as a bidder or proposer. Our Procurement Division administers the purchasing, procurement, bidding, and contracting processes for all goods, services, and construction throughout the Executive Branch. All 32 departments and agencies are required to post solicitations publicly to encourage competitive bidding and to guarantee transparency, best value, and efficiency. We welcome all domiciled U.S. entities to participate in the bidding process and to register as a GVI vendor. Annual Contracting Opportunities
DPP also negotiates strategic contracts on behalf of our user agencies to maximize our purchasing power in various spend categories ranging from food products to security services to fuel supply and many more. The Government Printing Office also known as the Print Shop offers a variety of services to businesses and individuals at competitive rates for mass printing jobs to include: business cards, carbonless forms, brochures, invitations, perforated tickets, pamphlets, memorial booklets, menus, flyers, posters, etc. We print in black ink, color ink, silver/gold foil, on a variety of paper stocks and weights. Additionally, we offer bookbinding and document shredding services. Need a job rushed? We offer rush services as a premium add-on. Our average turnaround is 7 business days.
