Dear Salvage Silent Auction Bidders:

On May 29, 2026, the Department of Property and Procurement (“DPP”) received notification that one (1) email account was quarantined by Bureau of Information Technology (“BIT”) for security purposes during the auction period of May 21–22, 2026. The BIT has subsequently deemed the email non-malicious and has released the email to DPP. The DPP’s Division of Procurement has reviewed the submission in accordance with the Salvage Silent Auction Rules, Regulations, and Procedures and Salvage Silent Auction Award Limitation Policies and Procedures (“Rules”).

As a result, and in accordance with the Rules and Title 31, Chapter 20, Section 169(b) of the Virgin Islands Code, the following individual submitted the highest responsive bids for each item and is awarded as follows.

Awarded bidders must complete the necessary payment and collection procedures by the deadlines outlined in the Rules to receive the awarded item(s). Specifically, full payment must be made between Thursday, May 28, 2026, to Monday, June 1, 2026, online at https://dpp.vi.gov/pay-online/. Item collection will occur between Thursday, June 4 to Wednesday, June 10, 2026 (excluding Saturday, June 6th and Sunday, June 7th) after payments have been made.
