The Department of Property and Procurement is pleased to announce the adoption of an enterprise-wide procurement, contract management, vendor management, sourcing, and online marketplace platform for the Executive Branch. Vendor registration will commence September 7, 2021 with gradual roll outs of the entire system expected October 2021 through Spring 2022. We encourage all current GVI vendors to add gvibuy@dpp.vi.gov to their contacts to receive future updates.
