Provide specialized personnel to the Department including but not limited to occupational, physical, vision, speech and other specified therapists. The specialized services will be provided to public and parochial special needs students between the ages of three to twenty-one (3-21) in accordance with their Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for St. Croix District.
