Provide bookkeeping and other consulting services in preparing documentation that will address the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (USEPA) concerns and meet the requirements for DPNR to be reimbursed for pay cycles for fiscal years ending 2017, 2018 and 1st quarter of 2019 and assist with preparations for an anticipated certification by the USEPA.
