Confer with and render legal services with and through the attorneys and staff of the Office of Legal Counsel – including but not limited to reviewing, drafting, and rendering advice of/upon legislation, contract, leases, agreements, correspondence, and legal documents, preparing witnesses or testifiers for legislative hearing, advise the Governor and senior staff on legal matters (legal and advisory services).
