To provide the Bureau of Information Technology in the St. Thomas/St. John & St. Croix District with an “overlay” satellite network, which will leverage the capabilities of not just the existing LMR system but will add the ability to seamlessly switch from the LMR system onto cellular data networks, and should that system be unavailable, the system would automatically connect to the satellite network, all in a manner that will be seamless to the users of the network. A&E Design and Specifications of the overlay system; surveys, site drawings, and photos of the installation sites with specific coordinates for each site; method of installation including power hookup; MOU for each entity agency hosting an installation and EHP/SHPO approval for each site and method of installation.
