Commissioner Randolph N. Bennett announces DPP's effort to improve the management of Government's Fleet of Vehicles

Property and Procurement is making every effort to improve the management of the Government’s fleet of vehicles. We have developed a maintenance plan which will be rolled out upon the start of the new Deputy Commissioner for Transportation. This is another position in Property and Procurement that have been filled recently. These efforts are all in the interest of ensuring that the taxpayers’ resources are spent wisely.

Department of Property and Procurement will provide training on MUNIS Requisition and Commodity Codes for government employees.

Who Should Attend?:

This training is specifically designed for individuals that enter requisitions on a day to day basis. Individuals interested in attending should contact Lloyd Bough, Chief of Procurement and Contracts at 340-773-1561 Ext. 5244 or at lloyd.bough@dpp.vi.gov no later than March 30, 2016 at 3:00 pm.

Good morning Honorable Governor Kenneth E. Mapp, Honorable Lieutenant Governor Osbert Potter, dignitaries, fellow Cabinet Members, family, and friends. With protocol being established, I am Randolph Nathaniel Bennett, the newly sworn-in Commissioner of Property and Procurement for the Territory, United States Virgin Islands. I would like to thank Governor Kenneth E. Mapp for providing me the opportunity to serve as Commissioner. I would also like to thank the previous Commissioners of Property and Procurement for the work they have undertaken for the community.

HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARTY
