Supply the Department of Education St. Thomas/St. John and St. Croix school district offices of Special Education with Therapist(s) to provide related therapeutic services to designated special education students between the age of 3-21 in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans to satisfy the mandates for the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act for the 2018 – 2019 school year.
